Jurupa Valley became a city on July 1, 2011, but its communities are much older: Belltown, Crestmore Heights, Glen Avon, Indian Hills, Jurupa Hills, Pedley, Rubidoux, Sunnyslope and Mira Loma. The name goes back to Rancho Jurupa, the 1838 land grant the area was once part of. The city sits north and west of the Santa Ana River, across from Riverside, and most of it is either semi-rural equestrian property or suburban neighborhoods. The 60 runs along its north side and the I-15 forms its western edge, and that’s your way to us: south on the 15, over the river, to the Hidden Valley Parkway exit. Our shop is about 8 miles from the middle of Jurupa Valley as the crow flies.

Whether you live in Mira Loma or Rubidoux, our shop at 996 Mountain Ave, Unit A, Norco, is roughly 8 miles from the middle of Jurupa Valley as the crow flies, a straight run south on the I-15 for much of the city. We tint cars, pickups, SUVs and Teslas indoors by appointment; when you ask for a quote, tell us if any old film needs to come off first.
Yes. We come to your property, whether it’s a house on a semi-rural lot or on a suburban street, look at the glass, and recommend film for heat, glare, fading, privacy or security. Businesses in Rubidoux, Glen Avon, Pedley and the rest of the city can treat storefront and office glass the same way.
Seven days. The film needs time to set against the glass, and rolling a window down too soon can lift or peel the edge. Cold or wet weather can slow the drying, so we’ll tell you what to expect when you pick up the car. Wait the same week before cleaning the inside of the glass, and if you see a little haze while it dries, give it time.
The rear side windows can be any shade, and so can the back window if the car has outside mirrors on both sides. The front side windows take clear, colorless film that blocks UV and turns away heat. On the windshield, film is limited to a strip across the top, with its bottom edge at least 29 inches above the driver’s seat, and it can’t be red or amber. Medical exemptions cover removable see-through screens and clear UV film. Our tint-law page has the details.
The Union film we install on cars carries a lifetime warranty on the manufacturer’s terms, covering film problems such as bubbling, peeling, cracking and color change. If anything goes wrong with the film, come back to us first and we’ll take it from there.
It depends on the job. Cars, trucks, SUVs and Teslas are tinted at our Norco shop, indoors and by appointment. Home and commercial window film works the other way around: we come to your property, look at the glass and install the film there.
Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a cleaner without ammonia, and never scrape the film with a blade. On a car, wait 7 days after tinting before cleaning the inside of the glass.
