Yes. We come to your Chino home or business, check each window and the way it faces, and recommend a film for the problem you want fixed. For shops near the street, anti-graffiti film takes the scratches and tags instead of the glass, and it’s simple to replace when it’s done its job.
Usually, yes. Many newer homes have dual-pane or low-E glass, which handles the sun differently from an older single pane, so we check your windows first and only recommend a film that suits them. If a window isn’t a good candidate, we’ll tell you. The film goes on the inside of the glass and is installed at your home.
The rear side windows can be any shade, and so can the back window if the car has outside mirrors on both sides. The front side windows take clear, colorless film that blocks UV and turns away heat. On the windshield, film is limited to a strip across the top, with its bottom edge at least 29 inches above the driver’s seat, and it can’t be red or amber. Medical exemptions cover removable see-through screens and clear UV film. Our tint-law page has the details.
The Union film we install on cars carries a lifetime warranty on the manufacturer’s terms, covering film problems such as bubbling, peeling, cracking and color change. If anything goes wrong with the film, come back to us first and we’ll take it from there.
It depends on the job. Cars, trucks, SUVs and Teslas are tinted at our Norco shop, indoors and by appointment. Home and commercial window film works the other way around: we come to your property, look at the glass and install the film there.
Use a soft, non-abrasive cloth and a cleaner without ammonia, and never scrape the film with a blade. On a car, wait 7 days after tinting before cleaning the inside of the glass.
